Irina has hands-on executive search experience for top and middle management positions in General Management, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and other functions, for several practice areas including, but not limited to, Consumer Products & Services, Industrial / Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare.

She runs her own national executive consultancy firm and bases her consultative approach on her over 10 years of direct operational experience in international FMCG and pharmaceutical companies, as well as on over 10 years expertise in recruitment and executive search overall.

Irina, a lifelong learner, has gained various certifications from global prestigious international associations and consulting firms: project management (Kepner Tregoe, USA), expert consultant (Human Synergistics), and certified action methods practitioner (British Psychodrama Association, UK).
