Fredrik is an executive search and selection partner with a strong professional background and a wealth of experience. Holding an MSc from the University of Gothenburg and licensed as a psychologist, he has been dedicated to the field of executive recruitment and selection since 1996 as a researcher, consultant, and partner at Amrop in Malmö, where he has honed his expertise. 

In addition to that, Fredrik has gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner and Inhouse Executive Recruiter at renowned organizations such as AP Möller – Maersk and Novo Nordisk in Denmark, where he also was a Head of Talent Acquisition for Region Europe. 

This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape and the ability to provide strategic insights to clients. 

Fredrik’s global reach is another key aspect of his profile. He has successfully conducted recruitments not only across major European regions but also in highly competitive markets such as the United States, Japan, China, and India. This international exposure has given him a deep appreciation for cultural nuances and an adeptness in managing cross-border recruitment challenges.
