About

Weijia is a trusted executive search partner with over 15 years of experience helping organizations in China and around the world find the leaders they need to grow and succeed.

He brings a unique perspective shaped by both consulting and in-house experience. Before returning to executive search, Weijia served as Chief of Staff at IONCHI (a Mercedes-Benz & BMW joint venture), where he helped expand China’s EV charging network.

He also held senior roles at Fosun International and Envision Energy, where he led corporate development and HR initiatives. In these roles, he drove global expansion, optimized organizational structures, and built high-performing teams—giving him first-hand insight into what makes top executives successful and how they create impact.

Earlier in his career, Weijia led the industrial research team at Egon Zehnder, where he honed his expertise in global executive search and leadership assessment.

Weijia holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Normal University. He is passionate about connecting organizations with transformational leaders who can take them to the next level.
