Robert Jan Prins is an experienced executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in executive recruitment, leadership development, and organizational management. As an entrepreneur, he has started several consultancies throughout his career. He was also a partner at the international global leadership advisory firm AIMS, where he led the executive search activities of the Dutch office, and he also established the local Dutch search firm Faring Talent Search.

Robert works with both private and public organizations to address their recruitment needs for board members, supervisors, executives, and managers. Drawing on his extensive experience across various industries, he has developed a strong track record in identifying leaders who align with the strategic goals of his clients.

In addition to executive search, Robert built a successful company focusing on organizational change, utilizing talent and knowledge management to support successful transitions.
