Nancy Ramirez, has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with an entrepreneurial and global experience. She has lived in Mexico and France, where she has worked for global companies, co-founded Executive Search and HR advisory firms, and collaborated on global networks.

Nancy has been a speaker in local and international forums, giving workshops and talks on Best Practices for Talent Management and Assessments. Likewise, she is certified in Executive Coaching and in Selection, Evaluation & Talent Development Methodologies. She has coached managers and C-level executives and accompanied different companies to build and develop their teams, HR areas and DEI strategies.

As a seasoned Executive Search and Talent Manager, she has placed candidates in many locations worldwide, including the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. With a multicultural and diverse mindset, she enjoys learning and working with clients within different industries and sizes. Nancy has gained experience in various sectors, primarily in Information Technology, Finance, Fintech, Health Tech, and Industry, among others.

1. My family, my children, are my motor.
2. I love to travel and to swim in open waters.
