About

Maria is leading AIKON´s assessment solution practice and is a member of the leadership team.

She has more than 12 years of experience working with Leadership Assessment including Executive and Board Recruitment as well as In-house Talent Acquisition. Maria has worked with the global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles and the largest Nordic executive search firm Alumni. Having lived and worked in Denmark, UK, Switzerland, France, and Canada, Maria has a passion for working with international clients.

Maria has studied Diversity and Corporate Governance and advised the jury of the Women´s Board Award. She is a certified Hogan assessor.
