Kristian has helped organizations build organizational capabilities for more than 20 years both in an internal and an external capacity. His functional experience spans functional HR transformation programs as well as broader organizational development and capability building programs.

Prior to his consulting career Kristian has worked in various senior international HR roles in med-tech, banking and technology organizations. He has led global organizations across Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.

As a coach, Kristian balances persistency with patience to establish a trustful and efficacious development zone. His broad background from consulting and industry roles allows him to engage quickly and effectively across culture, functions and levels.
