Prior to his consulting career Kristian has worked in various senior international HR roles in med-tech, banking and technology organizations. He has led global organizations across Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.
As a coach, Kristian balances persistency with patience to establish a trustful and efficacious development zone. His broad background from consulting and industry roles allows him to engage quickly and effectively across culture, functions and levels.
