About

Born in the USA, Kimberley has lived on the East and West Coast, she has also lived in Canada, France, and Australia, and currently resides in California. She has completed searches globally in North America, UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia.

Kim’s main focus is on Medtech, Biotech, Tech, and AI related companies. She is based in the San Francisco area. She focuses heavily on growth-oriented companies including VC/PE backed, Private, and Public. She works across functions at Director, VP, and C-Level as well as Board level.

She started her own firm in October 2023 and recently joined Aikon Partners global network.

Kimberley served as a Global Partner for a top global search firm twice, working with PE/VC Disruptors, in Biotech, Medtech, Tech, and AI related companies. Over a 15 year period, she worked for a couple of small global firms and as an internal executive recruiter for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Early in her career she established and ran The Magellan Group in New Jersey over an 11-year period and sold that firm in 2010 to a large global firm and continued there for a couple of years.

A STEM Student Advocate, Kim, has donated a substantial percentage of her profits to scholarship funds for students from underserved communities over the years. She is still involved in scholarship programs today.

A lifelong learner, she has continued her studies over the years which includes obtaining an AI Healthcare Certificate from Stanford University in January 2024 as well as language studies at present.
