About

Darina is an accomplished professional with a rich background in psychology and leadership advisory. She is passionate about industrial psychology and developing people, fascinated about all regarding the brain itself and people in general – their behaviour, motivation, talents, and purposes.

Darina has diverse professional experience, having successfully navigated roles in HR business services, consultancy, and management across a spectrum of sectors. As a co-founder of an esteemed Institute for Employment Assessment and co-author of psychometric tools, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise (20+ years), particularly in the Assessment area, Psychodiagnostics, and Personality testing. She is also a certified Hogan assessor.

Her career has spanned the dynamic landscapes of global corporate organizations, a law firm, and non-governmental entities, e.g., supported children in crisis on the child helpline. This diverse exposure allows her to understand unique challenges across various industries.

Darina has been supporting Executive Search firms with Assessments and onboarding, and her “sweet spot” is Assessment, especially she enjoys the part of interpretation sessions with leaders uncovering their talents and strengths.
