Daniel is an Executive Search Partner at AIKON PARTNERS, supporting organizations in transition — whether scaling, turning around, or professionalising — to find the senior leaders who can drive change.

He brings a dual background from top-tier executive search and in-house recruitment leadership. Before joining AIKON, Daniel built and led a 20-person recruitment team in a cross-border setup, and he has advised both large corporates and fast-growing businesses on their leadership hiring strategies.

Daniel has conducted senior-level searches across a broad range of industries, including management consulting, private equity, financial services, real estate, green transition, and industrial manufacturing. His clients range from international corporations to investor-backed scale-ups and transformation-driven companies.

What characterises his approach is a mix of deep industry insight, a proactive eye for hidden talent, and a transparent, high-touch process — ensuring value for both clients and candidates.
