With more than 25 years of experience in executive search and human resources, Bianca contributes extensive knowledge to our team. Prior to establishing her own executive search firm in Vienna, she gained valuable experience at global search firms like Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, as well as corporate HR expertise as Head of Corporate HR at an international manufacturing company. She has also worked in strategy consulting with a focus on HR-related matters.

As an experienced generalist, Bianca has operated across multiple industries. She holds certifications as a Hogan assessor, Systematic Coach, and AI-Manager.
