About

Bettina provides international executive search & strategic talent acquisition consulting services.

Bettina is Danish and working from France supporting clients across the Nordic region and Europe in search of senior level positions in the tech/digital space and secondarily in life sciences.

Bettina worked 10 years in the top tier executive search firms Korn/Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles. Before starting her own business she was heading the European recruitment team for Nokia in Finland. At Nokia Bettina built Executive Search capabilities inhouse, and has taken this experience advising her clients build their own in-house executive search function.

Bettina is extremely well connected across geographies and lived in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France and Israel, and travelled intensively to China during her time with Nokia.
