About

Based in Paris, Barbara has been working as an executive search consultant for over twenty years.

After nine years with Heidrick & Struggles, she established her own company, The Search Factory, in 2008.

She provides her clients with dedicated executive search advisory and research.
She also developed a training program, adressing executive search researchers and consultants.

Through conducting over 500 top-level recruitments, Barbara has gained experience in a large variety of sectors: technology, finance, consumer, industry, healthcare, with a global reach and a strong taste for new challenges.

 

Passions outside work

Painting and photography. Barbara co-founded La Belle Etoile, an art publishing house and online shop.
