Lubica is a co-founder of AIKON PARTNERS, and seasoned Executive Search consultant, helping international organisations acquire the needed talent globally.
Lubica started her Executive Search career 20 years ago in Slovakia and since 2005 she has lived in Finland, serving many Nordic organizations internationally.
Her “sweet spots” are search assignments for regional or global roles, across different geographies.
In addition to the Nordics, Lubica has placed candidates in many locations worldwide including Poland, Czech Republic & Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK, UAE, and Brazil.
Through conducting over 400 demanding search assignments, Lubica has gained experience in a variety of sectors: primarily in IT & Technology and also industry, healthcare, finance, and others.
For several years she partnered with Nokia as a senior talent acquisition partner working on senior-level searches and helped build Nokia’s internal executive search capability. Her long-term clients are global public listed companies as well as smaller scale-ups and growth organisations with an international footprint.

Bettina provides international executive search & strategic talent acquisition consulting services. Bettina is Danish and working from France supporting clients across the Nordic region and Europe in search for senior-level positions in the tech/digital space and secondarily in life sciences. Bettina worked 10 years in the top-tier executive search firms Korn/Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles. Before starting her own business she was heading the European recruitment team for Nokia in Finland. Bettina is extremely well connected across geographies and lived in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, and Israel, and traveled intensively to China during her time with Nokia.

Maria is leading AIKON´s assessment solution practice and is a member of the leadership team. She has more than 12 years of experience working with Leadership Assessment including Executive and Board Recruitment as well as In-house Talent Acquisition. Maria has worked with the global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles and the largest Nordic executive search firm Alumni. Having lived and worked in Denmark, UK, Switzerland, France, and Canada, Maria has a passion for working with international clients. Maria has studied Diversity and Corporate Governance and advised the jury of the Women´s Board Award. She is a certified Hogan assessor.

Senior HR Professional with a Degree in Psychology (Universidad Autónoma of Madrid), Master in Human Resources and Organisations (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). Nuria has extensive experience over 20 years in markets such as Telecommunications, Information Technology, Health, Education, and HR Consulting in leading international companies like IBM, Nokia, Microsoft, SIA (Indra), and Henry Schein where she has carried out senior and management roles in the Human Resources field.
Throughout her career, Nuria has developed in-company programs on strategic areas i.e. Leadership, Engagement, Innovation & Transformation, Change Management, Coaching & Mentoring, and Culture & Values, among others.

Prior to his consulting career, Kristian has worked in various senior international HR roles in med-tech, banking, and technology organizations. He has led global organizations across Europe, the USA, and Asia Pacific.
As a coach, Kristian balances persistency with patience to establish a trustful and efficacious development zone. His broad background in consulting and industry roles allows him to engage quickly and effectively across culture, functions, and levels.

Marielle is a Foresight, Global talent partner, and Career strategist with a professional expertise in Leadership Futures, Transformation & Growth. Her expertise in global C-suite executive search and leadership consulting, a cross-cultural upbringing, and multiple international transitions have provided her with comprehensive expertise on cross-culture leadership management, talent acquisition, and global career strategies.
Marielle is the Founder & Managing director of TCKapital a Strategic Foresight, Global Talent and Leadership Futures consultancy, as well as a board advisor to investment funds, scale-ups, and senior corporate leadership across the Americas and Europe.

Based in Paris, Barbara Moors has been working as an executive search consultant for over twenty years.
After nine years with Heidrick & Struggles, she established her own company, The Search Factory, in 2008.
She provides her clients with dedicated executive search advisory and research and have done international searches in more then 15 countries.
She also developed a training program, addressing executive search researchers and consultants.
Through conducting over 500 top-level recruitments, Barbara has gained experience in a large variety of sectors: technology, finance, consumer, industry, healthcare, with a global reach and a strong taste for new challenges.
Passions outside work: painting and photography. Barbara co-founded La Belle Etoile, an art publishing house and online shop.

Ralf began his professional career in the headquarters of a leading German retail company. In 1992 he switched to HR consulting.
As an HR and management consultant, he worked for a well-known national executive search company for the next 10 years and during this time he developed and consolidated his passion and expertise for leadership recruiting.
As a self-employed entrepreneur, he ran his own personnel consultancy between 2002 and the end of 2006, until he joined a global network of executive search consultants in January 2007. As Executive Director, he led the Automotive Practice Group’s EMEA team and was an international Key Account Manager for some of the largest international clients.
In 2014, he became a partner with a Top 10 global recruitment consultancy. In this role, he advised mainly large and medium-sized industrial companies.
Since 2021 he is the owner of his national executive search consultancy and at the same time partner in the international AIKON network, where he now bundles the best of all previous engagements in order to create objective added value for clients.

Petra is a driven and experienced headhunter with 14 years+ experience in recruiting to leadership roles and key tech positions. Her focus area is in the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark). Petra’s core focus lies in tech and consulting industries, she works with wide range of companies from the largest listed ones to small start-ups coming up with their new product. She burns for new ideas, for the rapidly changing headhunting market and new ways of attracting talent.

Sajid is a seasoned professional in the Search industry and a pioneer for retained search mandates in the GCC region.
He has built leadership teams across industries with MNCs as well as large regional firms and private businesses.

Niina is a work and organizational psychologist and certified coach with 10+ years of diverse experience in organizational and leadership development and recruitment consultancy, both in Finland and internationally. She has worked with a variety of industries and organizations ranging from a listed company to a growth company. Assessments she has done from the listed company’s management team level to various expert positions and support functions mainly in Europe, but also in countries like India, China, Canada, and Australia.
Niina currently works from Luxembourg, where she moved in 2020. A multicultural work environment as well as international talent management is close to her heart – not just because she lives in a true international realm of “expats”. Additionally Niina has lived in Sweden and Germany.

Volker is an Executive Search and HR advisor with 10+ years of experience and an international HR Business Partner background from large technology organizations like Sun Microsystems and Oracle. Volker has worked across multiple industries and seniority levels, supporting organizations to successfully set up Talent Management and Recruitment processes. His expertise is within technology, software development, and focusing on Eastern Europe.

Bogusia is a Polish citizen, living and working in the Netherlands for the past 10 years. Bogusia is a seasoned consultant with 17 years of experience in executive search, recruiting both as a sub-contractor for leading recruitment firms and corporate clients.
She specializes in senior and C-level appointments across a variety of industries. As a full generalist, she can serve clients and fulfill all of the functions on upper management, niche, and hard-to-find profiles (such as General Manager, VP Finance, VP Veterinary, Chief Agronomist, VP Merchandising, CMO, IT Director, and many more). Her expertise lies in cross-border research with a strong focus on EMEA & APAC regions.
Between 2010 – 2015 Bogusia cooperated with INAC Executive Search, serving as an Operation Manager, facilitating and coordinating the global network of 47 partners, setting up processes, organising international assemblies, encouraging more business exchange, and supporting the Board in daily activities.
Prior to that experience she worked for a Polish start-up called Tax Care S.A and recruited nearly 200 people in 10 months across all functions and levels.

Amii has more than 15 years of experience working with Executive Recruitment and In-house Talent Acquisition leadership in multi-national companies like Renault-Nissan, Microsoft in Singapore, Nokia in Finland, Bloomberg, and for the local Chinese top gaming company Elex. Amii has also advised on broader Talent Management and Governance topics.
Amii worked with the global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles and their global technology practice. Having lived and worked in China, the UK, Finland, and Singapore, Amii is a trusted Talent Advisor among her clients in APAC and Europe.

At AIKON PARTNERS Darina is director of operations, communications & partner engagement. Darina is an experienced manager with a psychological background and she is co-founder of an Institute for employment assessment. She has solid experience with HR business services, consultancy, and managerial experience from a law firm, corporate international organisations as well as NGOs. Furthermore, Darina has also worked with marketing and PR. As an organisational and industrial psychology specialist, she is experienced in change management, communications, performance and talent management as well as leadership development.

Erika is an executive assistant and delivers support to our partners. She worked for more than 20 years in various administrative positions, mainly in international Italian companies. Erika has an eye for detail, excellent computer skills, and is very service-minded. She is always ready to support and find a solution. In AIKON she is supporting partners with the administrative and operational technical issues.
